FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  1. What happens when I sign up? After you sign up you will be sent a welcome email confirming your membership. It will also include other pertinent information to your membership
  2. I get 1 free show a month, do I get to chose? Yes, you will get to choose a complimentary ticket as part of your membership from the available shows.
  3. How do I confirm my show? Login into the withfriends Fremont app, and select the available upcoming event at the Fremont Theater.
  4. How do I redeem my free water bottle or Fremont T shirt? On your first visit to the Fremont theater, please visit the box office to redeem your Fremont membership welcome packet, which depending on your level will include your one-time perks such as the Fremont water bottle and T shirt.
  5. I want to attend a show, but it’s not listed on the Fremont withfriends app? In the event you do not see the show you wish to attend, it could be because the event is sold out or a special event. If you are not sure, please email info@fremontso.com for more information.
  6. My membership says I save 10% off at the concessions stand. How do I get the redeem this? Upon ordering, please show your membership via your mobile device to the concession’s attendant.
